Look How We've Grown!

 Dr. Deb Zupito

It’s that time again when the glue sticks are drying out, crayons are nubs, and our hearts are feeling a lot fuller. The end of the preschool year always sneaks up on us, doesn’t it? One minute we’re helping nervous little ones say goodbye to their grown-ups at the door, and the next, we’re preparing for graduation and watching confident kiddos walk across the stage (with big smiles and bigger personalities!).

This season is full of giggles and goodbyes. Some children are heading off to kindergarten, a new school, and others are just moving across the hall or upstairs to a new room. New faces are joining, routines are shifting, and change is in the air. And through it all, we are reminded just how lucky we are to be part of this incredible phase of childhood.

Because this is where the magic happens!!!

We have watched friendships bloom over shared blocks and snack-time negotiations. We’ve cheered on those first big brave moments, like saying “Good Morning” at circle time, trying something new at lunch, or finally figuring out how to open that tricky snack item. We’ve seen scraped knees, silly dances, messy art, and real, powerful growth.

And we wouldn’t trade a second of it!!!

Preschool isn’t just about getting ready for school…it is school. It’s the beginning of figuring out who you are in the world and who you want to be. And every year, we get the joy of standing right beside these little learners as they discover just how capable, creative, and kind they really are.

To our families: Thank you for trusting us, laughing with us, and partnering with us through every spilled milk moment and every big celebration. We couldn’t do it without you.

So as we transition into our summer fun camp, we carry with us all the memories, milestones, and magic from this incredible year, and we can’t wait to keep the joy going all summer long!
